Ah ha! I was thinking celery & onions, but I do have a rosemary bush and a butternut squash!  Would I seam the squash first? These guys are gonna cook fast.

Ya youll want te squash mostly done before you stuff it.

You also don't need to omit the onion and celery, they will add some depth to the squash. I would -Saute these ahead of time as well.

Chefs choice from the other night. Pancetta wrapped pesto stuffed rabbit. On top of sauted chard, spinach red onion and bacon With Roasted yellow squash, filled with creamy rissotto. All top with deep-fried squash bits and a blackberry jus.
