The easiest and one of the most Healthiest ice-cream ever!

Here the receipt:
3 bananas
1 ripe mango
100% organic maple
Milk
You peal,cut the fruits and put them in the freezer,after they
Have been frozen, you put them in a food processor, add some milk( not to much just to reach the right consistency) maple as you wont. Process it until you have an ice cream consistency.
If you will add some frozen fresh dates you will upgrade it!
I do something similar but with Oat milk, then it's even healthier :D
Oat milk is super cheap and super easy to make.

So my weight loss journey can continue.... Diet And Exercise is the key..... and I had been up to 1200 steps per day so the next step is to get those back up and then some. I have a goal of 3000 steps per day in the next three months.

I lean toward Paleo when I can but some of the stuff I simply cant eat. The next step is getting some dental work. So I will be continuing with my Salmon.... eggs.... steamed veggies and poultry. And Sushi....

I am glad to hear that you could balanced yourself, and put to yourself this very important goals to improve your health! Good for you! This is the spirit! :clap
