So I have an over abundance of garlic scapes
I was thinking pesto and hummus???
Any recommendations?

Currently making a chickens stew for dinner (of course including some scapes)

Yes those things. Yes Mix in homemade dressings and marinades chopped or crushed. Ive been wanting to make a leek blossom vinegrette but have yet to have to opportunity.
Yes fresh on salads.
Try giving it a light batter and frying it.



Thanks for all the good wishes everyone, I didn't get any pictures of my BBQ but did just find out that the mobile pics are working again so I should be rolling alot more in.

Just catered an engagement party this morning for 14.
Items on the menu included
Antipasto skewers
Bruschetta
Fruit platter
Fresh bread
Spinach salad with toasted almonds red onion feta and cranberry creamy Italian
Dressing
Ham with orange honey glaze
Roasted potatoes with Rosemary
Bacon broccoli chedder frittata
And week picked up a pie from the local bakery at their request.

Now it's off to work
