This is just my preference but for some odd reason, everytime I eat a burger with cooked onions and garlic in it... I get a liverish style taste that I hate. Im not a fan of cooked onions.

I havent made anything yet, but yes, I make the patties out of plain ol ground beef. Nothing fancy.

I add a shredded onion, some crushed Lemmon grass and Sage, and some soya sauce.

I have find that if you mix at least 2 kind of meet ( I prefer beef neck, and turkey tie, you can use lamb or pork) you will get much tastier hamburgers!

Ohhh I will try that next time... so a fattier beef with like a leaner turkey??? That would lower the cost as well.

Exactly! Remmeber more layers of flavor and texture you add the food will be more interasting and tasty!

oh I like that lemon grass idea, I actually have a few burger recipes sitting around from when I was planning a little food place years ago.

If you want to enhance the lemon tast add some lemmon zest!

When I grill them on a charcoal grill I through to it some lemon life from my tree and then put the burgers and in the end I through 2-3 stalks of Rosemary in the grill its give some nice aroma to the Hamb.

This is guitdeal.. dont know the spelling.. Thai noodle soup my mom has been making for us since we were children. Way tastier than Pho. It is her cure all.

That is steam sweet rice. This is my go to for long car rides. The kids eat this with Jerky and they wrap it in the rice to eat as snacks.. also good with cold fried chicken.
