these are single portions. Just very close up. Tho a bit large sometimes, Most of the chefs specials plates come back cleaned :) are breakfast portions are also to scale with most diners, tho some plates are loaded with extra fruit.

I'm sure the plates are cleaned off!  Think I would have to save some for another meal, though, which is not a bad thing!  Is the restaurant in the park?
our house made pastas are probably what ends up with the most left overs. Big bowl, very rich.
Its in a small town outside of the parks West entrance. Your only a day trip away for a good time in the park and a good dinner to end it. Lol.

Every year about Thanksgiving I purchase 3 free range turkeys from the health food store, cook one, and freeze 2. Usually end up dicing up all the left overs and freeze it in 2 cup increments to make pot pies and such. Then I use the bones to make stock, which takes a long time lol. The stock always turns out good, however, I am getting an over abundance of turkey stock in the freezer - any ideas what I can use all this stock for? Would really appreciate suggestions.

Also, how long is it good in the freezer?

Stock is good for all sorts of stuff... Pot pies, gravy, soups. Turkey is so good.. If you ever get a an over abundance again.. the best thing I ever did with a turkey was brine it for a few days and slow smoked it... My family went crazy over it.
