Okay just followed your recipe and now the meat is in the fridge. Had no thyme or sage but had poultry seasoning which has both so used that instead. Hope this turns out great as it sure smelled good.

We eat a lot of lamb here in Australia. Rosemary is the herb often used with lamb. Do you grow that over there?

Yup we grow the odd rose mary plant here think i have one right now growing. My aunt in BC has a huge rose mary bush growing.

No, sorry, I'm a city slicker. A sheep is just a sheep to me, except I know merino are the best/good for fleece for wool. I can find out in a couple of weeks, the Royal Show will be on soon.
