My two sisters and my daughter and I all were plagued with scarring acne. Nothing worked. Then one by one we took Accutane. Cured 99.9%. Yes I still get one zit every now and then, no big deal.
Retin A works well too, but not as well as accutane.

You don't get acne vulgaris from not washing your face 3 times a day, or from food unless you have an allergy to it. Acne can be heartbreaking and really impact one's self confidence. I hope people don't spend alot of time and money on things that do not work, and there are many money grubbing companies out there that will tell you anything you want to hear. Good luck

Baking soda is Sodium Bicarbonate. You can find it here at any local grocery store for a dollar a box. Just mix up a little in some water and drink it on an empty stomach. After drinking it for a while, it actually makes water taste better.
Chlorophyll is a green liquid extracted from botanicals, mainly mineral rich alfalfa, which help detoxify the blood. If you have body odor, this will cure it. It is an excellent cleanser and it will help regulate bowel movements.

If you want to heal yourself you gotta do it from the inside out. It's probably not so hard over there, like it would be here. I swear these food companies conspire to poison us.

is that safe to drink baking soda dissolved water on an empty stomach? will it cause maag (over acid) in our stomach? what's the benefit/purpose of drinking it?
where I can get chlorophyll? I have never heard someone/place selling chlorophyll before

yes, I do agree to heal body from inside to outside. many food companies produce food without considering health for people who consume it.

Yes, it is safe to drink baking soda on an empty stomach. I do it all the time and baking soda will not produce acid, it reduces acid. The reason why you shouldn't drink it on a full stomach is because it will reduce the acid that helps break down the food you eat. It wont kill you, but it will give you burping, indigestion, etc.

The purpose of drinking soda is to help reduce the acidity in your body. I have met many people in my life, and very very few were alkaline or ever had a normal pH. One way you can find out your pH is through pH strips or I use a pool pH tester. I use a pool pH tester, because I have a pool, it's cheaper for me. Check your urine this way to find out if your pH is off, which most people are acid. If your body is acid then you have a perfect environment for fungus, parasites, bacteria, and virus' to grow and flourish in your organs, primarily your colon.

Hmm, you could probably import Chlorophyll. It's not very expensive here. It's about 9 - 11 dollars a bottle at a health food store. When, I lived in Germany, a family member sent me a bottle of Chlorophyll in the mail and my package had no trouble getting through customs. Try checking online to buy yourself some. I recommend it to a lot of people, because it had helped many of my health problems tremedously (constipation, rashes, etc.)

Two very important things about health.
One is having an oxygen rich environment in your body so parasites, fungus, and bacteria can't flourish.
Two is making sure your pH is balanced at about 6.5- 7 anything too low and you become a breeding ground for sickness..

Tea tree oil is pretty good although it didn't particularly work for my situation. I think it didn't work for me because I was so infested with candida, I would put the tea tree oil on my rash, it would clear up in this particular spot, but then the rash would spread to another. This is why I recommend working on healing and cleansing your elimination channels first.. (colon, liver, kidneys, etc.)

Fraurloth is right on the money...and from what I have read, has done the research. How many times a day do you drink the soda water Fraurloth?
Another thing that will help heal your skin is witch hazel. I use it for prementral pimples and it works great...but you do have to work form the inside out. For example: Pepsi and other pop gives me huge outbreaks
