"Ask away," Eve replied, shaking her pale hair out of her face.

Eleyna put her hands on her hips and smiled. "Alright," She said in a firm, but joking voice, "Why are you up there?"

"Listening."

Eleyna scoffed. "You mean, eavesdropping?" She said, raising an eyebrow.

"No. Listening," Eve said, dropping down on her hands and knees.

Eleyna shrugged. "Alright, if you say so."

Eve stood up and walked away, mind pondering why there where so many other elves.

Raven picked up her basket and had Devlyn follow her deeper into the forest. She stumbled upon Eleyna and Wyllow. Devlyn looked up at the strange elves and hid behind Raven's skirt.
