Like I said, the T scores have a mean score of 50. So a score of 60 would be +1 standard deviation above the mean, 70 would be +2, and so on.
Here is the image from the wikipedia article that shows the percentages of the population which fall within certain z-scores.
So +2σ would be a T-score of 70, like I said.
