No, you did not have a say. I set my mind to it, and I am not going to budge.
Too lazy to eat! Goodness! All right, how about drinking? As in, liquefying your meal components in a blender -- not alcohol.
Ooh, I wish I was in Utah at the moment... it's hard to ram food down someone's throat over the internet.
 
I have tried nutrition shakes, but I don't have any at the moment. Blending regular food would be nasty, and it'd take more effort than just eating it normally, LOL.

Here's what I want you to do:
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 sliced apple
1/3 cup peach chunks (canned or fresh)
1/2 cup orange juice
Two tablespoons almond powder or chopped nuts
One tablespoon wheat germ
Blend together for 30 seconds, and serve with a straw in a tall glass alongside some warm sliced meat seasoned to taste.

Too much work! I ordered some more powder for the nutrition shakes that I was drinking before.
