How do I take this thing? Does it need any information to let someone take it?

You start at item 12 I think, and then just send me a message with your responses. It's multiple choice, so if you were to want to select option 1 for item 12, you'd just put something like

12 - 1

And so on. It'd probably be best to only include one item - response pair per line.
