This egg has been like this for 16+ hours. The membrane appears to be dried out. It looks brownish & ive seen no movement. Should I moisten the membrane? Should I do anything else? My humidity is staying between 70-75% in the incubator. It’s hard to tell from the pics because of lighting, but it does appear to be dried out. This is my first time hatching chicks in an incubator. Thanks in advance!

Sometimes they can take up to 24 hours before they are ready to zip on their own. Is the chick still peeping and active, or is it showing any signs of distress?

Often assisting is a judgement call you have to make. If you do decide to assist, you can follow this guide:

https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/

I haven’t heard any peeping from this one, at least I don’t think I have. The one beside it is peeping fairly loud. And no movement.

Personally I would be tempted to open the air cell. You can follow the procedure that I wrote in that guide above for doing so :)

Is that also a pip on the green egg next to it on the wrong end of the egg?

Remove it from the incubator and see if it's alive still and then just remove the front part of the egg where the zip is.

No, that’s something from the other chick that hatched. The pip is in the right place on the green one further up on the other side & I think it’s progressing nicely.
