Assistance needed in the wound care department

A few days ago one of our hens was attacked by a hawk. We ran out and broke things up but unsurprisingly the hen suffered some damage. There are two wounds- a puncture wound which seems to be healing OK and a larger wound where the skin was torn and muscle was visible beneath. This was around the size of a half dollar. We put some triple anti-biotic ointment on it right after the attack and since then have done nothing. The hen is happy, eating and behaving normally.

Since this is our first attack, can someone with experience in this kind of thing take a look at the photo and let me know your opinion on how it's healing. This is 3 days after the "event". Thanks for the feedback!!
 
Looks great! (Nurse here.) I'd put a little more Neosporin on it a couple more times, doesn't need to be daily.
