Assistance with incubator.

Hi all. So a friend gave me this thing “incubator”
I tried looking online for owners manual so I can get an idea how to use it, I would like to hatch my own baby chicks but need assistance. pictures attached.
Does anyone out there have some tips? Any advice would be appreciated.

I would first bleach it and clean it real well. Turn it on a play with it, until you get everything set and ready.. sometimes you have to tinker with older things to see how they work.. someone here may know something though.
