assistant hatching!!!!

I need help with my scovy egg what should I do?? It started cheeping yesterday and this morning there was a little pip. Normally what I do is take a push pin and make the hole bigger so it can get more air. As pictured. Well i figured it would be out of the shell today. But no. How can i help it out??
