ASSISTED CHICK CANT STAND!!

Hi I assisted a chick with dry wrap the other day, and she was able to push her way out. She is very limp but also very active. She has curled toes and I think that may be what is preventing her from standing. She’s breathing very hard and resting now. She can’t seem to cheep either. I gave her sugar water and hopefully it’s helping. I don’t want to cull her!! Please should I wait and let her be? Tape her feet? What should I do? It’s been ~20 hours
