Aw! Glad he made it ok! Don't wrap the eggs in a warm washcloth, it chills them too much. Sounds like you did great though!

Last egg hatched last night! 13 healthy keets total. So 65% hatch rate first time incubating. Thanks for helping with Lucky! Plus the 17 we rescued from bad momma. There are 30 keets in my garage!!!! Ha!!! May move the 7 day olds to the coop nursery...much easier...lol

Awesome! That's a really good hatch rate, especially for shipped eggs and it be8ng your first hatch. Great job!
No problem. Lucky is such a cutie. 30 keets! Wow! Guineas are fun birds. They're so comical.
