Assisted hatch

Can you post a picture? What was the reason for the assist? Was it stuck and not progressing? These were the eggs where the humidity was too high so the air cells were too small, right? And you were keeping the humidity low until the first one pipped? Did you increase the humidity now?

The humidity got low while i was asleep and it was yellow where it had broke the shell

another one hatch and had blood all over its shell just like the other so i guess thats normal?

Bleeding actually isn't normal. Since your air cells were small, they may have pipped below the air cell, where there are veins that they could have hit and caused bleeding. Usually a chick doesn't hit a vein when it pips.

That said, if it's stopped bleeding, let it be for now. Hopefully it will be able to hatch on its own.

Thank you i will keep that in mind from now on they did have small air sacs this is my first time so ive messed up on a few things but im learning
