Assisted hatching?

This egg has been like this for 8 hours. Membrane is starting to dry out and turn brown. The last time this happened I had to assist the chick out. Should I wait a little longer before assisting? I don’t want to ruin the other eggs. Most have pipped but not made any progress in the 8hrs I’ve checked today. I know it can take up to 24hrs so I’m trying to be patient but it’s worrying me that the membrane is brown. Temp is 100 and humidity 75%

Give it time, wait at least the 24 hours.

Hi I’ve got the same problem with a pheasant egg it’s been well over 24 hours and not progress should I help ?
