Assisting a hatch, now what...need advice ASAP!

Seven hatched with no problem at all, and an 8th hatched without difficulty but had intestines protruding through a hernia and didn't live. A ninth pipped externally and then died. And one we were pretty sure had quit before lockdown but left in on the off chance we could be wrong. The seven chicks are very healthy, so while I'm disappointed that this one didn't make it I still think we had a pretty good hatch.

I've assisted in many hatches but the ones that are late, dry membrane but still have blood vessels...those have never survived. I don't think they are stuck, I think they are just too weak. But I am very sorry. Sounds like he hung on for quite a while.
