Hello! Just after some advice on whether or not the veins in this membrane are to be left alone or if they are dead and I can move it back a bit. I don’t want to cause any unnecessary bleeding! This call duck is on day 29 now and my only (fingers crossed) survivor.

I think you can push the membrane back some. If it bleeds, stop and dab it with a dry paper towel and put it back into the incubator.

Thank you! His head is out now. Seems v weak, is this normal? Or should I give some sugar water?

Normal. Don't give it sugar water until it's out of the egg and has a fully absorbed yolk sac.
