About 5 years ago we took everything we had and left all our family and friends behind just to escape California. It was the best decision we ever made. Get out if you can.

Yep we left in 1992 and came back to Western Pennsylvania. a wonderful place where you do your own thing.
this could have something to do with the illegals . I know years back there was a poultry farm up near Norco .they had a illegal laborer who brought his fighting rooster with him . the rooster was sick and they killed many thousands of chickens. wiped out the farmer. so this may have something to do with preventing the illegals from bringing their fighting chickens in.
still if you can prove your birds are healthy and you have a nice place for them, this is kind of ridiculous .why don't you move to Western Pennsylvania ? would love to have you join us former Californians and other former blue Staters.!!
