It has zero saddle feathers, which at six months it should have by now if it were a rooster. The hackle feathers look a little suspicious but I'm thinking it's just the coloring.

My vote: You'll be getting eggs very soon!

Her hackles are funky looking, but they are round. I've checked them multiple times. I think she might just be a manly looking girl....haha!

I'm sticking with POL pullet. I felt her pelvic bones because I use that to gauge who's going to start laying soon, and they were wide and the cartilage pliable like a new layer. I compared it to my huge rooster and his were close together as they should be, so I'm saying it is in fact a girl.

I've officially named her Madge, because I've been calling it Mr. Magoo due to its poor eyesight
