At what age are buff orps full-sized (growth)?

I'm not talking about maturity...just size. They are currently 7 weeks old and I know they have a lot of growth left. At what age (weeks/months) will I know they are full size and and will stop growing, more or less?

We have one BO that is 4-5 months old and we were told 6 months to full size when we bought the 4 babies. We bought more because the one we got is so sweet and good natured, we had to have more!

My three buffs are just over a year old and when I compare them to my one 5 year old buff, I see they still have some growing/filling out to do.
