At what age?

At what age are geese considered full grown, and how old are they when they stop getting bigger or gaining weight, we have 2 africans about 3 months old who seemed to stop growing but are smaller than other geese i have seen will they get bigger?

This is them pic was taken this morning, does it look like one male one female? they should get quit a bit bigger right? and since the one i think is a male has a sorta dewlap kinda does this mean it will have one when he gets older, or should it be more pronounced by now?
