At what day does a turkey hatch

i have a turkey egg in the incubator. It’s been turning for 26 days. When should I take out the turning tray and when will it hatch? I’ve been candling it and it looks really healthy, like better than all of the chicken eggs and I have 3 of em hatch out of 5.

Day 25 is considered lockdown day for turkey eggs. Lockdown = stop turning and raise humidity. The exact day of hatch will depend on how accurate your temperature monitor is. If you are running your temperature a little high, it will hatch early. If your temperature is running a little low it will hatch late. Most of my turkeys hatch on day 27 with a few lasting until day 28.
