Whew, I go on a walk with the dogs and then have 11 pages to catch up on lol.

I will say, when I was young and still believed in God, I thought that the lines on our skin was stitch marks where God sewed us together lol (like on the palm side of our fingers and hands, those lines)

That's how these threads usually go sadly from past experiences, anything where folks that go against the grain try to make a place to gather, others come in and want to debate. Sigh

Apparently lots of people are angry at us. My view is, "If there is a Christian thread, there can be the opposite"

Thanks @Silviaschicks for starting it. Hi @chickentrains ! Outside of organized religion, what are some things that make people feel spiritual? I find being in verdant spaces to be extremely calming. Also, observing the effortless perfection that is nature, and my animals. Also, seeing people be honest/vulnerable and self aware makes me feel connected.

Anyone else?

I'm sorry I'm quoting such an old post I was just seeing what was originally said in this thread. I just had to reply because I agree SO much with what you said, so weird seeing somebody express those two things so well that I relate to
