You people have motivated me. I started today, and have used this thread as my rah rah team. Went to the store, bought fresh asparagus, frozen broccoli florets, ground lean angus (which was on sale for $1.99 a pound, woohoo!!), ground turkey, shredded cheese. This will be a yummy meat loaf for the next several days (with turkey/hamburger, chopped onions, tomato sauce, oatmeal for filler), and broccoli/bacon(already have)/cheese quiche for the next couple of days after that. And my girls are helping with the eggs, good girls!!
