Ella changed into her teal blue tank top and gray shorts for bed. She set her pillow up and sat down with a diary and pen in hand and started to write...

I think Riley likes this other girl and I don't know what to do. Her name is Julie? Or something and she already has a boyfriend named Nick. Nick and I use to be childhood friends until just last year when he met Julie. Why is everyone falling for her even my own boyfriend? She already stole Nick from me... (*Hint* *Hint* xD)

Nick sat on his bed. He wast sure what was gunna happen to Julie or when she would get back. Suddenly, a memory of him and Ella, when they were kids, popped into his head. he smiled.

Nick remembered the time when he and Ella had gone to the beach and how she hadn't wanted to get into the water, but he picked her up and threw her in. Then she shoved him into the water with a splash.

Nick laughed softly to himself.

Jason felt strangely close to Shleya. His hand found hers and grasped it tightly. He managed to fight down the urge to kiss her... it was too soon. he didn't want to scare her off. It was only then when he realized how much he really like her. it was like a massive ocean wave crashing down on the beach. powerful, vast, and unstoppable.

Shleya felt the blood sting a little in her cheeks as Jason grasped her hand. but it somehow felt good to just hold hands. What was wrong with that? She held hands with all her friends, even if they were guys, a lot when they were little. Why does the simple touch have to mean so much now?

A flashback popped up into Ella's head of her and Nick's first kiss....

"It's beautiful isn't it?" Ella said as she stared at the sunset next to Nick on the sandy beach. He slowly nodded in agreement. She leaned her head on his shoulder. After a while he pulled back and grabbed Ella's hands and stared at her beautiful green emerald eyes. Then, Ella's first kiss was stolen as Nick's lips touched her's.

Her flashback stopped and she was mad at herself for thinking about Nick when she was still with Riley.

Nick pushed himself to his feet and walked outside. He needed some air. He walked down the sidewalk and into the park, the sun was almost completely down over the horizon. He sighed and sat down on a bench.
