Atomic Powers [Part 2]

When DJ couldn't take it anymore, She inhaled the smoke only to cough it back out, she was starting to feel a little sick. She tried getting out of the container again. This time successful, she looked around. she could faintly see other people.

Daren carefully pushed the girl down back onto the container bed to sit down and relax. She looked chocked up and in a lot of pain.

Kay coughed before she opened her eyes. She was shaky as she sat up. She was in a container, but the top was off. She weakly was able to climb out. She held on to the lip of the container. Where was she? Her vision cleared and she coughed again. Her lungs burned form smoke that eventually cleared out. She saw other people in containers climbing out too. Her hands shook. She didn't like this place, it was too claustrophobic.

Jade noticed the smoke starting to stop raining down as it got thinner in the air. Her body slumped down into a sitting position as she continued to lean her back on the wall.

Julie tried and failed to stand up. Her head was still foggy and she felt dizzy. She slid down to the floor, coughing slightly. She closed we eyes and pressed her back against the wall closest to her. She coughed some more.

Shleya tried swallowing a few times. It didn't do anything. The boy pushed her back onto the bed of the container. She was a little confused as to why he seemed to care so much but she knew if she couldn't say anything it would be a big problem. She inhaled Sharply and exhaled until there wasn't any air left in her lungs to exhale. She she coughed a little more but the pain in her chest resided.

John walked out of his room and entered the lab where all the containers were. There were a lot of containers with dead experiments. He pressed a red button next to all the containers with dead bodies making them fly out of the space ship and into space. The whole space ship had the same gravitational pull as on earth so no one would float up into the air.

Daren looked around and saw a jug with water in it and cups in a holder on the wall. He grabbed a cup and filled it up with water halfway. After getting back to the girl he handed it to her hoping it would work. He gulped a little scared. But why? Why was he so scared for her health. He didn't even know her...
