So I was attacked last night and suffered the loss of a 4 week old dorking. Also, my 4 week old jersey giant suffered a laceration on its "knee" to the bone. I have disinfected and bandaged th leg. Any other ideas? It is not puting any wait on it, but still remaisn drinking and eating..... Should I euthanise or let nature take it course?

I had to amputate my JG chicks leg last night. Last night I noticed it was gang green so I cut it off. It is still doing well this AM and getting around super. Hope all goes well.

Well, it has been hobbling around for a week and has been doing fine. The leg was rotting so to speak so it wasnt using it anyway. It was the only way to keep him alive.
