Attacking goose

So my girl finally layed her first egg, but the boy is getting really nasty. I noticed that he started attacking anyone who came in to the barn besides me and my one cousin, but now he has tried once so far attack.


I was wondering if I got him more girls would it calm him down? How can I stop him from attacking me and other people?

There was a really good response to a question like this before. My geese are only 3 months old so I haven't had this problem this yet. I will look for the thread and then try to link it.
No I don't think that getting him more girls would calm him down. His hormones are raging.

Olive Hill has some really good responses on how to deal with aggressive ganders. Olive Hill then goes on to describe goose on goose fight compared to goose on person fight. I reread this every now and then so that I am ready for Boris next spring. I hope this helps.
