Attempt at NPIP certification

Hi everyone I emailed the contact email for Maryland and its been a month and I still haven't gotten a response. I would love to be able to be NPIP. How should I try and contact them again?

Call Kim Arnold at the MDA in Salisbury. 410-543-6610. If she is not in, tell Barbara what you want to do. Maybe she can set up a date for them to come out and test your birds. Email me for the form to fill out to apply for the permit to sell. [email protected]. Hope this helps.
