Been a while since I updated, I ended up throwing out that starter but I’ve made a new one!! I think it’s looking pretty promising

Hmm, sourdough! There's a very easy to understand reason why they call it "sour"dough. This I found out recently and frankly I'm not a fan...but making it was fun!!
