ATTENTION ALL MEALWORM FEEDERS

$297.00. Did you notice I have 900 trash bags. over 500 rolls of TP. etc. Call me crazy but why would I pay up wards of $10/lb for mealworms.
I'm with you. I can't help but compare the amortized costs of buying something I need on sale usually with a coupon/code stacked on top of that for a deep discount in bulk vs paying way more for the same thing one at a time. Plus I save my future shopping time and gas.

All of my items are like stocks. Only mine only go up in value. It's like when gasoline was 50cents a gallon. Look at what an investment that would have been. To store it underground in huge tanks just like gas stations do. I use ibotta, checkout51, coupons.com, Fetch, receipt hog. I made over $350 last year with ibotta alone. I just started using Checkout51 and put $35.75 in my Pay Pal account. I'm using lucky day and have $6 in that ( about a month) when I have $10 I can transfer to PP. That's a game app that gives me money. All I do is scratch tickets on the app. Krazy Coupon Lady shows you how to make money on a purchase by using rewards, coupons, and sales. In other words instead of paying for something you get it free and some money back to boot. Every day items. Right now I have a coupon for $1 off butter. Why wouldn't I use it. I store around 6 lbs of butter in my freezer for when I might be short on money or bad weather keeps me from going to the store. So call me Krazy all the way to my PP account or the bank.

Actually this post was aimed at people who have a large flock. Say 50-100 birds. I can't help it if those with 4 birds don't think it's a good idea. :barnie

Meal worms are perishable for sure. My little 10 oz. bag of meal worms got moldy after about 3 months, i was using it so sparingly. My chickens like hulled sunflower seeds better, so that's the treat I use to lure them if I have to get them in quickly. And we eat the seeds too.

I've had this 15 lb bag for 9 weeks smells just as fresh as the first day I opened it. How did you close your bag. I can push most of the air out of my bag and zip lock it. I'm not worried.
