Ok how do I say this.............. At what age does a male Llama....drop? I am trying to figure out the age of my male Llama. I at first thought he was a gelding, but now....... well lets just say things are developing , he he.

Ours dropped when he was just over 1 year. Now is a really bad bugger. He tries to jump on you and get you down to do his deed. Thank god the vet comes this weekend to geld him.

poor boy you bully don't geld him

Ummm... I really hope your kidding. How rude! Geldings make much better pets.

I was just kidding but I went back and edited it

i know they need a sarcasm smiley.

He will be chopped. Trust me. He is not worth breeding what so ever.
It is however funny to watch him try to mate the pony or my mare though.

I have a female for him, but right now he is in with a male Alpaca. He is a docile Llama, I was just wondering his age since I just noticed this, and he is still quite a small fellow compared to her and she is a yearling. he he.
