If I'm not mistaken, my dear friend and a friend to many on BYC, resides in an area of New Jersey experiencing major flooding due to the hurricane.

Don't worry, friends, I am fine. I'm located W central in the state at a good elevation, and all is well with Sourland. I only lost power for 2.5 hours and suffered nothing more than a little water in my cellar. The Beagle Club is located .4 miles to the West of me and they have no power. My 'dog' partner lives 5 miles to the SW of me. He has no power and is not expected to be back on elec. until 9/4. The Princess and I were very lucky. In many areas the rivers still have not crested. It's a mess.
