I saw the list on our local news website, but here it is. I'm assuming aggressive behavior also means barking or threatening. I spoke with the stable owner yesterday (as four children were petting Anvil). She (and my mother) thought that small dogs tend not to get the reputation of larger dogs simply because if they nip, it is not as serious and they can be physically overpowered by a human whereas a rott or a dobie that nips would be destroyed.
