Is it too early to tell if my Brahma bantam is a HE or a She? 8 wks now

But, also... some say 8 weeks is to early to tell.

I'm thinking male, but could be wrong. The reason I say this is the black color goes down his back and his comb is red already. I had a Lt. Brahma male that was sexed as a pullet that I had to give up. He was a complete sweetheart, too. Here are some pics of him-in the second pic, he is at the top and my pullet is at the bottom. Compare yours.
