Atypical Salmon Faverolle - Hen or Roo?

I got 30 Faverolle pullets from Ideal this spring. And several of them are dark colored, but don't have the speckling/mottling.

Pics of mine. They're very colorful, but I wanted them for a sex link project. Not sure if the coloring will work for that, plus they were not the hardiest batch ever. So, they may be ornamental or for the sell pen.
