Yeah. For some reason, I have had pretty bad hatches from my flock. I set 30 eggs, and today (day 24) I only have two chicks. I usually just pick up eggs from a local ameracauna (spelling?) breeder. She also has a few other breeds, and boy are they pretty.

well day 20 with my black silkie no pips yet there due tommorrow but i think they won't hatch till day 22-23. Day 2 for my blue/silver hen.

I had 5 out of my 8 buff Silkie eggs hatch, and 4 out 14 Serama eggs!

I'm on lock down as of today. Once it begins, is it usually 2-3 days later before something starts to happen or can it be sooner?

the seramas and silver phoenix eggs are done hatching
very funny out of 18 serama eggs only one :S

only 1 made it the others ran out of air? and didnt finish beyond the pips .....no clue what happen. All were under a hen.

Well, I just put 15 silkie eggs in black, blue, white, and partridge colors off the turner last night. I will be taking off the black copper marans eggs tonight when I get home from work, and locking them all down!

The peacock eggs and my one little golden lakenvelder will go on lockdown next week.

And it's POSSIBLE I added a few polish eggs >.> at some point. In secret.
