my husband loves them too...every morning he gets up goes to the baby's coop...loads them in a bucket to haul them to their play pen! then lets everyone else out feeds and waters....I shouldn't say every morning I think we end up each taking a turn every other day...but I love him loving them!!

You've got it made. Maybe that will be my hubs in 10 years...

Oh I LOVE your Dobies! Especially the black and tan one, I want one! The little chick is totally cute too

& may I add; once you get a dobie you'll never want another dog again! See if there are any Doberman rescues or big dog rescues near you. Much cheaper than the breeder, & something special about rescues. They're super easy to train. Unless I'm just lucky

Day 19 on the last solo egg and there is a beginnings of a piping started at 7am. It is 3:46 now and there are more cracks but not through the egg yet. Went to check on the hen that is 1 day behind my incubator eggs and she has one already hatched and dry on Day 18. You can't beat a broody hen! Score 1 to 0. I am so excited.

I'm so happy for you my next exciting hatch isn't until next Monday and Tuesday....I do have a peafowl I'm praying hatches this week but we shall see

oh my goodness! there is something wrong with me...I said I was done after Aug but I bought more eggs!!!
