August Hatch-A-Long!

I have 4 that I check against each other that I also compare to 2 more.  They are all exacty the same.  Just checked it again today because I bought a new one for a new incubator.  All three of my incubators have the same problem..  2 I made and 1 I bought.  I have 4 Acurite themometer/hygrometer from Walmart and then two other different kinds just to be sure.  I leave my them inside where I can see them without opening the incubator.  I just don't get it.  Now I have another strange thing happe.  I have 12 wyandottes in my best incubator, homemade with thermostat, fan and themometer/hygrometer. (SO it has to temp gauges at all times.)  The temp is never off and the humidity 40%.  I only had one egg that didn't develope.  All other eggs good at 16 days, all moving.  Day 18 half have stopped moving and I'm pretty sure they died.  Just have that look, sinking to the bottom of the egg.  Nothing has changed at all in that incubator.  My other eggs in there are fine.  Why would so many die at the same time but just those eggs?  I still new but I read A LOT.  Can't figure this one out.  Thanks.
Oh my - I don't know but I will keep my fingers crossed that it isn't as bad as it all seems :fl

I set mine in my newly built incubator on the 28th. 6 Black Copper Marans, and 5 Wheatens. So far, the temps have been stable aside from a few hours yesterday when they went low by a few degrees, but I got everything to level out. I'm crossing my fingers.

I had one that I suspected wasn't developing out of my six. Last night when they went into lockdown I candled them and verified no new growth in a week and no activity. I did an eggtopsy and discovered an embryo that stopped developing at some point after growing wings and a beak. Do you know where a chart is of the stages so I can determine at what day this one stopped?

Here's a really cool chart

Ugh! The PO lost my chick order that was due in at 7am. They found it at a sort facility and I told them to hold it there and I will drive to get it. 2 days with no food/water and 103 heat - I hope they are OK!!
Don't even get me started on the PO...
Hope you get there in time

Here you go. A great chart! I hope this helps!

I put 14 mixed eggs in the incubator for my mother this morning. So we're expecting hatch August 21. So excited to join another hatch-a-long! When I head to town today I'm going to pick up a good flashlight. My 8-year-old son takes off with all my good ones. Think I'm going to have to hang it on a nail far above his reach.

these are 1 polish 3 black orps 1 silkie and rather 2 pekin or 2 cochins im nt sure what he said lol the cohcin/pikin is the one that is moving most but there is no internal pip i just candel them and there going into lockdown thursday

The silkie is a bantam, the cochins come in bantam and large fowl size so no telling, is the egg that is moving a small one like the silkie egg?. Pekin is a duck and that egg would be large! My lockdown is tomorrow also. All my eggs are silkies, no movement here yet.
