Have you ever tried dry incubation ??? I run my Dickey cabinet dry, I add NO water at all. It runs about 23-30% on its own. And at 99.8-100.1 degrees.
Then I lock down in a Brinsea ECO 20. I fill both chambers and add a papertowel on the bottom (it stays damp). Humidity is at 55-60%. I have AWESOME hatches, even shipped eggs. NO LIE! !!!! I don't know what kind of incubator you have etc.... but it is worth a try.
My last couple of hatches...19/25 bantam wyandotte shipped
14/19 Seramas shipped....
both suffered 4 hour power failure.
16/18 Austrolorps mine
6/6 BCM coopscoopboogies
I won't go on. Just try it. !! What do you have to lose?
I have 18/20 lavender Ameracaunas in lockdown right now...21 hour power failure during hurricane..... due to hatch in 2-3 days.
I have hatched chickens, ducks, quail & pheasants dry..............
p.s. I can send you more eggs if you want. Just have to catch up on swap.
