I'm so sorry that the PO was so rough on them. If this was from a dark egg and its blue....then its a Blue Sex Link Marans. If there is a white dot on the back of the head then its a boy...no dot = GIRL

You certainly can't control the PO. No white dot so must be a SHE - yay (she can stay)! Do they have feathered feet like some Marans or are you getting a little of each? This one does not have feathered feet. Sure is a cute thing!

Today is Day 21 for my eggs. I checked this morning before leaving for work and saw a pip in one of them!

Sorry I have been out of touch recently. I lost my dad two weeks ago.

I sent your eggs to you.

I have roosters: 75% english bbs orpington, dick horstman bbs orps and pencilled rocks, bbs jersey giants and glw

Hens: same as above plus barred rock, black australorp and light brahma (although they don't lay in the boxes).

I have been hatching a bunch of mine for layers and am getting huge gorgeous chicks.

Now I need to figure out what mine are. problem is I hatched several of mine with them. I did get one naked neck though and it is as cute as can be!

OMG I'm so glad I didn't hatch a NN, they creep me out. LOL I hatched 3 chicks from you. 1 HUGE black one, one black on with a small white dot on it's head and a funky little blue one.

I wish you had gotten more though. If you claim another swap from me remind me and I'll make sure to toss in extras. I'm getting about 50/50 feathered legs. The rooster has decent feathered legs but the hens don't.

Crazypetlady. The eggs I sent were numbered. There were 12 I think with 2 of each. 2 shouldnt be due for another 2 Wks. Yes the two early are Mille fluer d'uccles. They always hatch first.
