Auracana behaviour

So I just got an auracana yesterday as well as a few other breeds. Anyways she likes to wander alone is that normal? Do I need two of them to keep them company?

So I just got an auracana yesterday as well as a few other breeds. Anyways she likes to wander alone is that normal? Do I need two of them to keep them company?

It sounds like normal behavior for some but not all, not even most. But each bird is an individual and will behave as such.

I have a few Easter Eggers that have been like that. They (wanderers) often are lower in the pecking order and most likely to hide their eggs, in my experience. They seem to enjoy foraging far and wide which gives them some of the most beautiful yolks in the carton.

I don't THINK adding another will keep her company. BUT birds of a feather do actually seem to flock together.. Trial and error with respect to personalities.
