Auracanas egg laying regularity?

I bought 3 Auracana chicks this past May, and I got my first blue eggs (very cool!) the first part of November. That day, there were 2 blue eggs. Next day there was 1 blue egg. Then for the next couple months, it was 1 blue egg every other day or so, from the 3 chickens. Now, it's been 3 weeks and no blue eggs. I don't know if all 3 chickens have laid an egg at this point, as I only ever had 1 day with more than 1 blue egg. Is this is normal?
