Aureomycin Chlortetracycline? Help with dosage.

Is this a good Antibiotic? Also I need help with dosage.

the smallest amount on here is for 10 gallons and I don't need ten gallons of dosage. I need to does 1 9 week old chick. How much would I put into a cup of water? Its a 6.4ozs of medication and it says that it contains 200mg for just a teaspoon of medication.

I THINK..according to McMurray Hatchery catalog..it is 1 teaspoon per gallon..
1/8 teaspoon per 2 cups.

others may have different dose suggestion.

1-2 teaspoons per gallon depending on the severity of the sickness

I am treating a chick with frostbite toes to keep infection out and I am treating a chick for a respiratory problems. I just didnt know what dosage I should use.
