The coops are selected and being spruced up for the tour.

The chickens are getting excited to see all the visitors.

And Austin bicyclists are getting ready to cycle the Tour de Funky Chicken to view the coops on two wheels..

Don't miss all the fun on March 30, 2013 !

(And there is still time to volunteer to help on tour day!)

THE AUSTIN FUNKY COOP TOUR IS ONLY 10 DAYS AWAY !

Come get fabulous ideas for a new coop, or to improve on your already great one. (Coop previews are on line at www.AustinCoopTour.org.)

AND - tickets are now available at Buck Moore Feed & Supply and Callahan's General Store, as well as on-line.

Raffle - buy your tickets at the Information Center at Buck Moore and win a chance to win not one but two ready made coops, plus other great prizes.

Merchandise will be for sale - t-shirts, caps, bumper stickers.

And don't forget Rob Ludlow will be there to introduce his new Chicken Health for Dummies book and to meet all our great Texas BYC members (and BYC visitors from out of state).

The Funky Chicken Coop Tour is an event of the Urban Poultry Association of Texas 501(c). UPAT supports other local not-for-profit organizations. A portion of FCCT proceeds after expenses go to a designated Tour cause in the local food and sustainability communities. This year's beneficiaries are Partners in Education, Agriculture, and Sustainability (PEAS) and Urban Patchwork Neighborhood Farms.
