Australia is by no means a "Chick" Flick. Aside from some really breathtaking scenery of the outback, it is set during the time of WW2, so it has action scenes to please the menfolks. Drag'em kicking and screaming to it if you have to, it is one of those Blockbuster movies along the lines of Ben-Hur, Gone With The Wind, etc.
